Meet Our Founder:  Geraldine White 

Geraldine White is an organizational transformation leader, systems strategist, speaker, and founder of Identity & Impact, a human-centered advisory, development, and transformation platform helping individuals, leaders, organizations, and institutions align identity, strategy, and impact.

With more than two decades of experience spanning consulting, brand transformation, organizational leadership, and systems strategy, Geraldine has built her career at the intersection of people, performance, and institutional impact. She is known for translating complexity into practical, actionable strategies that strengthen both organizational outcomes and human experiences.

Her experience includes nine years at Sapient leading large-scale delivery and transformation efforts, where she strengthened expertise across client leadership, business strategy, program management, and systems-level problem solving.

 

Throughout her career, Geraldine has applied business strategy, change leadership, governance, and systems thinking to help organizations navigate periods of growth, transformation, and sustained uncertainty. Her work has included guiding leaders and institutions through organizational evolution, mergers and acquisitions, changing workforce realities, cultural inflection points, and complex external environments while aligning people, systems, and strategy to create durable impact.

Today, through Identity & Impact, Geraldine's work extends beyond traditional consulting to include executive advisory, speaking and facilitation, thought leadership, media, and individual and cohort-based development experiences through Imprint. Her work supports organizations and institutions while also helping students, professionals, and leaders better understand who they are, how they show up, and the impact they create across different stages of life and work.

Her work also extends into broader systems-level initiatives focused on policy, restorative and narrative justice, community impact, and legacy-centered efforts designed to create lasting societal change. Through board leadership, mentorship, public engagement, and human-centered solutions, she continues to build work intended not only to solve immediate challenges, but to create impact that endures.

Geraldine remains guided by a core belief that identity is not separate from impact. It is foundational to it, shaping how people show up, what opportunities they can access, and the imprint they leave behind.
